Tuch Knives is a father son business that makes some of the highest quality, heirloom grade handmade knives in the world. Under the mentorship of Butch Vallotton and Tim Herman, William Tuch developed a skill set matched by very few other makers. His vast knowledge of automatic and old school art knife making techniques has led to a remarkable portfolio of work over the past 20 years in the business. Eric, his son, has been honing his skills for the past 10 years, working side by side with his father, learning everything William has to teach. Having taken the reins of the business over the last year, Eric strives to continue to build and grow Tuch Knives, producing some of the finest handmade, custom knives available. ​​​
