Where We Are
From concept to hand-built prototype to high-quality production samples, the Knuckle Sandwich has been through every step of the process. After a number of compounding delays, we are just days away from the arrival of the first two variations!
Along the production process, I've had time to the reflect on the next step of the Knuckle Sandwich project, distribution. These will be readily available first come first serve. However, I'd like to infuse my handmade background. So for those of you that like one-of-a-kind, I'm currently (5/22/26) working on a handmade, extra thick Ham&Cheese made with vintage micarta bread and anodized titanium meat. Everyone that purchases one of the first release Knuckle Sandwiches at BLADE Show ATL 2026 will be entered to win. More details to come.

After over a decade making knives, carving out my place in the world, I've learned to follow what excites me most. The Knuckle Sandwich has brought me more joy than anything I’ve made in a long time. This project is about having fun, sharing a laugh, and spreading a little light in the world. I’m excited to see where this journey goes and grateful to have you along for the ride. Depending on the reception of the one-off handmade Knuckle Sandwich giveaway system, I plan to continue making them. The idea of applying the skills developed over a decade of making folding knives to make such a relatively silly idea fills me with a lot of joy.
