Where We Are
From concept to hand-built prototype to high-quality production samples, the Knuckle Sandwich has been through every step of the process. We’ve collaborated with our trusted factory partner, Bestech, to ensure every detail is right. Production is ready to roll. Estimated production time is 50-60 days. We're going to add a month to that to account for any unforeseen setbacks putting us at a delivery time in mid February 2026. With any pre-order situation, it's always best to under promise and over deliver. However it plays out, regular updates will be made and in no time the Knuckle Sandwich will be in your hands—fresh and ready to make an impact.

After over a decade making knives, carving out my place in the world, I've learned to follow what excites me most. The Knuckle Sandwich has brought me more joy than anything I’ve made in a long time.
